Bitwise NEAR ETF (NRR) is the first US-listed spot exchange-traded product that gives direct exposure to NEAR Protocol. It trades on NYSE Arca, holds NEAR directly and is custodied at Coinbase Custody, so demand for fund shares translates into demand for the underlying token rather than a synthetic claim on it.
Where a plain spot fund simply holds its assets, NRR is built to put them to work: Bitwise stakes the fund's NEAR in-house through its institutional staking team, and staking rewards accrue to shareholders through the fund's net asset value. The management fee is 0.75%.
The fund extends Bitwise's NEAR franchise from Europe, where its BaFin-approved staking ETP already trades, into the US market. Bitwise is a crypto asset manager with a long track record and a broad suite of crypto products spanning ETFs, staking and DeFi vaults.
