## What is Kalshi?

Kalshi is a federally regulated prediction market and financial exchange where users buy and sell contracts based on the outcomes of future real-world events. It is regulated by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) as a Designated Contract Market (DCM), the first and only platform of its kind in the U.S. to receive this federal license.

U.S. users can now deposit or withdraw native NEAR on Kalshi.
